Ultimate Boxing operates from a fully equipped boxing gymnasium. We use the type of boxing equipment that has been proven to work by many amateur and professional gyms for hundreds of years.

When you enter the gym you will notice a feeling which only occurs in this type of gym. A proper boxing gym has a certain sound and a certain smell. It is the sound of motivation and the unique smell of leather, canvass and sheer hard work!

The gym has been built up over a period of more than ten years and has seen national champions pass through it’s doors.

You now have the special opportunity to make good use of the space and equipment that has helped many accomplished boxers learn their craft over the years.

• Sixteen foot (competition size) elevated
  ring with seated spectator area

• Focus hook and jab pads
• Boxing gloves, skipping ropes and
  head guards a plenty

And a good old 3 minute round timer with a LOUD buzzer

The gym itself is around 2800 square feet so there is plenty of room to work out.

There are mens and womens changing rooms with showering facilities and plenty of cold drinks in the fridge!

You will receive free one to one coaching to make sure you are making correct use of the equipment without injury.
