private gym bookings with our professionally qualified trainer.

KIDS CLASSES

Our classes for kids are non contact fun fitness / boxing sessions with no sparring.
Any children who progress and want to spar or box competitively will be
transferred to Lowestoft Amateur Boxing Club in due course but here is a
good place to make a start and get fitter.
